2003 Toyota Tundre No Air Moving Through Center Dash Vents, This 2003 gmc envoy came in with the complaint that the a/c will only blow out the defrost and floor. Sometimes my middle two ac vents is not blowing out any air at all ( but the sides somehow works very little ). Climate control is on defrost only the auto.
I had this same problem. My guesses to check and any suggestions are appreciated. The air only blows out in the front vents not in defrost or feet.

Whenever the battery is disconnected the hvac unit. The the knob sits on a geared arm that turns a toothed lever. The reason why i said sometimes is because it stopped working for a day then it would work again the following day. Work the thumb wheel from side to side while checking the airflow which should stop and start again. This panel appears to be the below the steering column.
